In order to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff, we are asking all homeowners, delivery staff and other visitors to our offices and showrooms to ensure they are wearing a face covering or mask when they enter.

Since reopening on May 18th a good number of our clients have already taken to wearing masks when visiting, which we greatly appreciate. All staff who are customer-facing have been wearing masks since our reopening and we have had some very positive feedback from customers on the precautions we are taking to ensure both clients and staff are kept as safe as possible.

On Friday of this week, it is going to be mandatory for everyone going into shops and other retail space, which is what we are classed as, to wear face coverings and masks. For the added safety of everyone we kindly ask that all visitors wear a face covering or mask when coming to the showroom from now on. Throughout our offices and showroom we have already taken a large number of measures to keep everyone as safe as possible. These include screens in front of desks, gloves, masks for staff, hand gel, COVID risk assessment forms among many others. Surfaces are thoroughly disinfected and furniture removed to allow for larger spaces in our offices for social distancing.

Our customers have worked really well with us since our reopening and we know that you will want to continue to help our fight to keep the virus at bay. Plus, make it fun. We like to see how creative some of your masks and face coverings can be!
