The entire team at B&P Windows would like to wish everyone their best in these highly uncertain times due to the coronavirus.

This is an update to all current and future customers. As of now, we are open for business, however, to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers, we have undertaken a variety of measures.

Showroom:

Right now, our window and door showroom is open at normal operating hours. However, we have undertaken extra disinfecting and cleaning of the products in the showroom for your safety. We have banned the use of handshakes and close contact with clients in our offices and the showroom – we ask that you follow this guidance.

We do have an outdoor conservatory show site which is currently open but may well change in the coming days.

Installations:

We have a very healthy order book and all pre-scheduled installations are due to take place as normal. We do ask however that during the course of installation that all homeowners give our installers their distance and limit close contact at all times. This is both for your health and safety as well as our installers. Please give them a clean and clear working area before they arrive. We will continue to take away all post-consumer waste.

Quotations:

If we have seen you at home and are awaiting a quotation, these will continue to be completed and sent out to you either via email or post. Please bear with us as we work through these and get them out to you as quickly as possible.

If you have a quotation that you would like to go ahead with, but you don’t wish to come to the showroom or don’t want a home visit, we are happy to accept confirmation of orders via email and for deposits to be paid online or over the phone by card.

Stock:

As of now, all our suppliers are currently open and are able to supply all the products that we currently sell. There are no product shortages at this time.

Staff:

All members of staff are observing advice given by Government and are keeping a safe distance away from other members of staff as much as possible. Hand sanitiser has been given to everyone and we have procedures in place should anyone need to go into self-isolation.

All of the above is as per the current Government advice and is subject to rapid change. This is an unprecedented situation, and Government advice changes daily to adapt to the developing situation. We will act with responsibility and with the welfare of our customers and staff at all times.

We also want to wish everyone our very best in what is going to be a life-defining moment for us all. We urge everyone to look after one another, be calm and be kind.
